Our latest interior design project in Umhlanga was all about creating a contemporary and stylish home for our client. With its prime location and stunning ocean views, the focus was on creating a space that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

To achieve this, we chose a neutral color palette of concrete and natural timbers, accented with pops of color in the form of imported furniture and art. The use of raw materials such as concrete and timber gives the home a sense of warmth and texture, while the neutral color scheme creates a sense of calm.

One of the standout features of this home is its smart technology. From lighting and heating control, to a fully integrated home entertainment system, every aspect of the home is controlled through a centralized system, making it easier than ever to manage your living environment.

The main living spaces were designed to be open and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The use of large-scale furniture and art pieces creates a sense of drama, while the neutral color scheme keeps the space feeling serene.

The bedrooms, too, were designed with comfort in mind, each with its own private balcony or terrace for ultimate relaxation. The use of high-quality linens and imported furniture creates a luxurious feel, while the neutral color scheme creates a sense of peace.
